Returns - No Quibble
We love our products so much that we offer a no-quibble return on anything you buy from www.thatthing.store and are unhappy with for any reason up to 30 days from the date of purchase, and up to 1 year for faulty product.
For products purchased from www.thatthing.store (only): To be eligible for a return, please complete the form on our support page www.thatthing.store/returns . We will then email you to confirm your details along with the address to post your return to.
If you have purchased a That Thing! product from an online marketplace such as Amazon, eBay, or another retailer, please use their returns procedure, do not use the returns form on www.thatthing.store as your order reference cannot be processed in this system
Once your www.thatthing.store return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notification. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
The reasons a refund may be rejected are limited to:
- Item returned not being as described e.g. a different product to that stated on return application has been sent or incomplete product returned. (Original product packaging is not required but please use if you still have it)
- Product has been damaged by misuse or abuse e.g. water damage on a non-waterproof part or product. (fair wear and tear is accepted)
- Product return application made later than 60 days(any reason) / 1 year(faulty) from purchase.
- More than 3 products have been returned for a reason other than faulty in a 12 month period.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed using the same details as the original sale, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 28 days.
Late or missing refunds
If it has been 28 days since the item arrived back with us and you haven’t received a refund yet, please check with your bank account or card provider first. It may take some additional time before your refund is officially posted even after we have made the transaction.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, we are very sorry for causing you inconvenience, please contact us at [email protected]and we will aim to resolve as soon as possible.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item, these are not refunded except for faulty product. You should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item and cannot refund items that do not arrive back with us.
